N.Y. Cannabis Law § 45

§ 45. Pricing. Registered organizations shall submit documentation to\nthe executive director of any change in pricing per dose for any medical\ncannabis product within fifteen days of such change. Prior approval by\nthe executive director shall not be required for any such change;\nprovided however that the board is authorized to modify the price per\ndose for any medical cannabis product if necessary to maintain public\naccess to appropriate medication.\n
