§ 1001. Motion practice. Motion practice in the court, including time\nprovisions for the making and decision of motions, practice relating to\nshow cause orders, and practice relating to motions before, during and\nafter trial, shall be governed by the CPLR, except as this act otherwise\nprovides.\n
