N.Y. New York City Civil Court Law § 2104

§ 2104. References to predecessor courts. A reference in any general\nor special statute, law, local law, ordinance, resolution, rule,\nregulation or order to the city court of the city of New York or to the\nmunicipal court of the city of New York shall be deemed a reference to\nthis court if such substituted reference be consistent with this act and\nwith all other provisions of law applicable to this court.\n
