§ 1002. Laws repealed. 1. Chapter sixteen of the laws of nineteen\nhundred nine, entitled "An act in relation to counties constituting\nchapter eleven of the consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory\nthereof or supplemental thereto, constituting the county law as\nheretofore in force, are hereby repealed, except as otherwise herein\nprovided.\n 2. Of the laws enumerated in the schedule hereto annexed, that portion\nspecified in the last column is hereby repealed.\n
