§ 299-v. Jurisdiction of state agencies not affected. No provision of\nthis article shall be deemed to alter, repeal or modify the powers and\nduties of the state departments of conservation, health and\ntransportation, the state water resources commission, the water\npollution and control board, and the state soil conservation committee.\n
