§ 725. County superintendent of highways; duties. The county\nsuperintendent of highways shall perform the duties prescribed by law\nrelating to the construction, improvement and maintenance of highways\nand bridges in the county. He shall perform such additional and related\nduties as may be prescribed by law and directed by the board of\nsupervisors.\n
