N.Y. Economic Development Law § 179

§ 179. Definitions. For the purposes of this article:\n 1. "Program" shall mean the agricultural economic development program\nestablished pursuant to this article.\n 2. "Agricultural resources industry" shall mean those businesses\ninvolved in the harvesting, marketing, research, processing, storage\nand/or manufacturing of agricultural products or provide essential\ninputs for or services to such businesses and shall include job training\nand public information programs associated with such products.\n
