§ 478. Reporting. Each business entity participating in this program\nmust submit a performance report to the department at a time prescribed\nin regulations by the commissioner. The commissioner shall on or before\nApril first, two thousand twenty-two and every quarter thereafter, until\nprogram funds are fully expended, submit a report to the governor, the\ntemporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the\nchair of the senate finance committee, and the chair of the assembly\nways and means committee, setting forth the activities undertaken by the\nprogram. Such report shall include, but not necessarily be limited to,\nthe following in each reporting period: total number of participants\napproved and the economic development region in which the business is\nlocated; total amount of advance payments disbursed and tax credits\nclaimed, and average amount of advance payments disbursed and tax credit\nclaimed; names of advance payment recipients and tax credits claimed;\ntotal number of rehired jobs created; and such other information as the\ncommissioner determines necessary and appropriate to effectuate the\npurpose of the program. Such reports shall, at the same time, be\nincluded on the department's website and any other publicly accessible\ndatabase that list economic development programs as determined by the\ndepartment.\n
