§ 160. Annual Report of Commissioner. The commissioner shall annually\nprepare a report of the work release program which shall be transmitted\nto the legislature on or before the first day of March in each year.\nSuch annual report shall include a summary of the operations and\nactivities of the program for the preceding year and such\nrecommendations for the improvement of the program as the commissioner\nshall deem necessary and proper.\n
