§ 168-s. Annual report. The division shall on or before February first\nin each year file a report with the governor, and the legislature\ndetailing the program, compliance with provisions of this article and\neffectiveness of the provisions of this article, together with any\nrecommendations to further enhance the intent of this article.\n
