§ 361. Application of this article to persons heretofore sentenced.\nThis article applies to a prisoner who has been sentenced before this\nchapter takes effect, and to his property; except where one or more\ntrustees of his property have been theretofore appointed, by proceedings\ntaken in pursuance of a statute then in force.\n
