§ 100.35 Prosecutor's information; form and content.\n A prosecutor's information must contain the name of the local criminal\ncourt with which it is filed and the title of the action, and must be\nsubscribed by the district attorney by whom it is filed. Otherwise it\nshould be in the form prescribed for an indictment, pursuant to section\n200.50, and must, in one or more counts, allege the offense or offenses\ncharged and a plain and concise statement of the conduct constituting\neach such offense. The rules prescribed in sections 200.20 and 200.40\ngoverning joinder of different offenses and defendants in a single\nindictment are also applicable to a prosecutor's information.\n
