§ 380.80 Reporting sentence to social services.\n Whenever a person receives a sentence of imprisonment, the court that\nhas sentenced such person shall deliver the certificate of conviction\nand provide notification of the sentence imposed to the commissioner of\nsocial services who, in turn, shall deliver the certificate of\nconviction and provide notification of the sentence imposed to the\nappropriate local commissioner of social services.\n
