§ 570.18 Issuance of warrant of arrest by governor; recitals therein.\n If the governor decides that the demand should be complied with, he\nshall sign a warrant of arrest, which shall be sealed with the state\nseal, and be directed to any police officer or other person whom he may\nthink fit to entrust with the execution thereof. The warrant must\nsubstantially recite the facts necessary to the validity of its\nissuance.\n
