§ 40-g. Discrimination against United States uniform. A person who\nexcludes from the equal enjoyment of any accommodation, facility or\nprivilege furnished by innkeepers or common carriers, amusement or\nresort, any person lawfully wearing the uniform of the army, navy,\nmarine corps or revenue cutter service of the United States, because of\nthat uniform, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
