§ 1609. Annual report of trustees of certain joint districts. Where a\ncommon school district lies in two or more counties, its trustees shall\nfile their annual report in the office of the district superintendent\nhaving jurisdiction over the schools of the town in which the principal\nschoolhouse of the district is situated.\n
