§ 2037. Determination of meeting or election disputes. All disputes\nconcerning the validity of any district meeting or election or of any of\nthe acts of the officers of such meeting or election shall be referred\nto the commissioner of education for determination and his decisions in\nthe matter shall be final and not subject to review. The commissioner\nmay in his discretion order a new meeting or election.\n
