§ 3620. Application. Part two of this article applies to all school\ndistricts which receive a quota for the transportation of pupils. It is\nnot intended by any provision in part two of this article to change or\nmodify in any manner the provisions of this chapter providing and\ngranting transportation to all children irrespective of the school they\nlegally attend.\n
