§ 4316. Construction, alteration, improvement and repair of buildings\nof school. All of the provisions of section one hundred twenty-seven of\nthe state finance law shall apply, so far as applicable, to the\nconstruction, alteration, improvements and repair of buildings for the\nschool. For such purpose, the education department shall be the\ndepartment having jurisdiction as such expression is used in such\nsection.\n
