N.Y. Educ. Law § 552

§ 552. Applications, reports, regulations. Each qualifying school\nwhich seeks an apportionment pursuant to this article shall submit to\nthe commissioner an application therefor, at such times, in such form\nand containing such information as the commissioner may by regulation\nprescribe in order to carry out the purposes of this article. Such\napplications shall include an audited statement of the expenditures of\nmaintenance and repair of such qualifying school for the base year.\n
