§ 658. Supervision by the superintendent of financial services. The\ncorporation in its administration of student loan programs shall be\nsubject to the supervision and examination of the superintendent of\nfinancial services, but shall not be deemed to be a banking organization\nnor required to pay a fee for any such supervision or examination.\n
