§ 8500. Introduction. This article applies to the practice of\nrespiratory therapy and provides for the licensing of respiratory\ntherapists and respiratory therapy technicians. The general provisions\nfor all professions contained in article one hundred thirty of this\ntitle shall apply to this article.\n
