§ 8800. Introduction. This article applies to the profession and\npractice of applied behavior analysis and to the use of the titles\n"licensed behavior analyst" and "certified behavior analyst assistant".\nThe general provisions for all professions contained in article one\nhundred thirty of this title apply to this article.\n
