§ 506. Note of issue; statement of readiness. In all acquisitions\nunder subdivision (B) of section five hundred one, the condemnor after\nexpiration of the period of time provided pursuant to subdivision (B) of\nsection five hundred two, shall serve and file a note of issue in\naccordance with the applicable provisions of the civil practice law and\nrules of the court.\n
