§ 12-110. Electors; compensation. Every elector of the state who shall\nattend at any meeting of the electoral college and give his vote at the\ntime and place appointed by law, shall be entitled to receive for his\nattendance at such election, the sum of fifteen dollars per day,\ntogether with thirteen cents per mile each way from his place of\nresidence by the most usual traveled route, to the place of meeting of\nsuch electors, to be audited by the comptroller upon the certificate of\nthe secretary of state.\n
