Bribery or intimidation of elector in military service of United States

§ 17-148. Bribery or intimidation of elector in military service of\nUnited States. Any person who, directly or indirectly, by bribery,\nmenace or any other corrupt means, controls, or attempts to control an\nelector of this state enlisted in the military service of the United\nStates, in the exercise of his rights under the election law, or annoys,\ninjures or punishes him for the manner in which he exercises such right,\nis guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
