§ 15-1949. Removal of beaver.\n In the event that any drainage improvement district is inhabited by or\nis invaded by beaver and the work of those animals interferes with the\nproper operation of the drainage system, the commissioner may cause such\nbeaver to be removed or destroyed as he shall determine.\n
