§ 15-2127. Error in names.\n No error in the names of the owners of real estate, or in the\ndescriptions thereof, shall invalidate such apportionment or the levying\nof assessments or taxes based thereon if sufficient description is given\nto identify such real estate, and the owners thereof.\n
