§ 15-2711. Establishing boundaries.\n The commissioner shall, within one year after a river has been\nincluded in the state wild, scenic and recreational rivers system,\nestablish detailed boundaries of the river area associated with that\nriver, except that in the case of river areas within the Adirondack park\nsaid boundaries shall be mutually agreed upon by the commissioner and\nthe agency. Said boundaries shall not exceed a width of one-half mile\nfrom each bank thereof.\n
