§ 17-0813. Compliance schedules.\n SPDES permits issued pursuant hereto may contain compliance schedules.\nSuch compliance schedules shall require that the permittee within the\nshortest reasonable time consistent with the requirements of the Act\nconform to and meet;\n 1. applicable effluent limitations.\n 2. any further limitations necessary to insure compliance with water\nquality standards adopted pursuant to state law.\n 3. standards of performance for new sources.\n 4. ocean discharge criteria adopted by the federal government pursuant\nto the Act.\n 5. toxic and pretreatment effluent standards.\n
