§ 17-1301. Approval of marine toilet pollution control devices and\n establishing effluent standards therefor.\n The department shall have all the functions, powers, obligations and\nduties, regarding approval of marine toilet pollution control devices\nand establishing effluent standards therefor, provided for in section\n33-c of the Navigation Law.\n
