§ 19-0707. Conflicting laws.\n This article shall not be construed as repealing any of the laws\nrelating to air pollution or air contamination which are not by this\narticle expressly repealed, but it shall be held and construed to be as\nancillary to and supplementing the laws now in force, excepting as they\nmay be in direct conflict with this article.\n
