§ 21-0315. Inconsistent provisions.\n No provision of the Public Health Law and no provision of the\nEnvironmental Conservation Law, if such provision of the Environmental\nConservation Law was derived from a provision of the Public Health Law,\nwhich is inconsistent with the provisions of the Ohio River Valley Water\nSanitation Compact shall be applicable to the commission or to any\nmatter governed by the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Compact.\n
