§ 21-0517. Report and recommendations.\n The commission shall keep accurate accounts of all receipts and\ndisbursements and shall report to the Governor and the legislature of\nthis state on or before the twenty-fifth day of January in each year,\nsetting forth in detail the transactions conducted by it and shall make\nrecommendations for any legislative action deemed by it advisable,\nincluding amendments to the statutes of the signatory states which may\nbe necessary to carry out the intent and purposes of the compact.\n
