N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 21-0519

§ 21-0519. Budget.\n 1. The interstate environmental commission shall submit annually to\nthe Governor in accordance with the laws and practice of this state, for\nstudy and consideration by him, an estimate of moneys required to\nadminister, manage and support the commission during the ensuing fiscal\nyear. Such estimate shall include any request for appropriation of funds\nby New York and shall be accompanied by a tabulation of similar requests\nwhich the commission expects to make to each other member state and the\nformula or factors upon which such respective requests are based.\n 2. The Commissioner of Environmental Conservation shall be afforded an\nopportunity to comment on any budget request by the commission, and the\ncommission shall be furnished with a copy of any such comments.\n
