N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 21-0905

§ 21-0905. Budget.\n 1. The Great Lakes Commission shall submit annually to the\nCommissioner of Environmental Conservation, in accordance with the laws\nand practice of this state, for study and consideration by such\ncommissioner, an estimate of moneys required to administer, manage and\nsupport the commission during the ensuing fiscal year. Such estimate\nshall include any requests for appropriation of funds by New York state\nand shall be accompanied by a tabulation of similar requests which the\ncommission expects to make to each other member state and the formula or\nfactors upon which such respective requests are based.\n 2. The Commissioner of Environmental Conservation shall include a\nsuitable item or items of estimated expenditures for the Great Lakes\nCommission in the budget estimates of his department.\n
