§ 21-0911. Inconsistent provisions.\n No provision of the Conservation Law, and no provision of the\nEnvironmental Conservation Law, if such provision of the Environmental\nConservation Law was derived from a provision of the Conservation Law,\nwhich is inconsistent with the provisions of the Great Lakes Basin\nCompact shall be applicable to the Great Lakes Commission or to any\nmatter governed by the Great Lakes Basin Compact.\n
