§ 21-1111. Audit.\n Pursuant to subdivision five of article four of the compact, the state\nComptroller is hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to\nexamine the accounts and books of the commission, including its\nreceipts, disbursements and such other items referring to its financial\nstanding as such Comptroller may deem proper and to report the results\nof such examination to the Governor.\n
