§ 21-1311. Prior project approval.\n No project requiring license, permit or other approval by any agency\nor officer of this state, or any subdivision thereof, shall be given any\nfinal license, permit or approval, by such agency or officer of this\nstate if such project requires approval of the Susquehanna river basin\ncommission pursuant to this compact and such approval has not been\ngiven.\n
