§ 27-0910. Standards applicable to marketers of hazardous waste fuel.\n The commissioner shall promulgate regulations establishing standards\napplicable to any person who distributes or markets any fuel which is\nproduced from (a) facilities which produce a fuel (i) from any hazardous\nwaste identified or listed in the regulations promulgated under section\n27-0903 of this title or (ii) from any such hazardous waste and any\nother material, or (b) any fuel which otherwise contains any such\nhazardous waste.\n
