§ 33-0304. Fees.\n All fees collected pursuant to this article shall be deposited into\nthe environmental conservation special revenue fund to the credit of the\nenvironmental regulatory account; provided, however, that the first five\nmillion dollars collected pursuant to this article shall be deposited\ninto the environmental protection fund established pursuant to section\nninety-two-s of the state finance law.\n
