§ 33-0709. Requirements for registration.\n If it appears to the commissioner that the composition of the\npesticide is such as to warrant the proposed claims for it, and if the\npesticide and its labeling and other material required to be submitted\ncomply with the requirements of this article, he shall register the\npesticide.\n
