§ 33-0721. Judicial review.\n Final orders of the commissioner under this title shall be subject to\nreview under article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules instituted\nwithin thirty days after receipt by the applicant for registration or\nregistrant of the commissioner's order.\n
