§ 37-0303. Applicability.\n The provisions of this title shall apply to every facility owned by,\nor operated on behalf of, a state agency that manufactures or processes\ngreater than twelve thousand five hundred pounds per year of a toxic\nchemical, or otherwise uses greater than five thousand pounds per year\nof a toxic chemical.\n
