§ 38-0109. Notice of public hearing.\n Notice of public hearing shall be by publication in two newspapers\nlikely to give notice to the people of the state of such hearings at\nleast once in each of three successive weeks. In addition, the\ncommissioner shall give notice by letter to the manufacturers of\nchlorofluorocarbon compounds known to the commissioner whenever\npracticable.\n
