§ 40-0115. Sales of hazardous substances.\n 1. The manufacturer or distributor of a hazardous substance must\nprovide the operator of the storage facility which purchases such\nsubstances with technical guidance and recommended practices for the\nstorage and handling of such substances.\n 2. No delivery of a hazardous substance may be made to a storage\nfacility that is not registered pursuant to section 40-0107 of this\narticle.\n
