§ 40-0119. Trade secret information.\n Disclosure to the public by the department of any information required\nto be provided under this article which is claimed to be a trade secret\nor confidential business information, shall be treated as such pursuant\nto the provisions of the freedom of information law (article six of the\npublic officers law).\n
