§ 49-0107. Assistance of other agencies.\n To effectuate the purposes of this article, the department may request\nand receive from any other department, division, board, bureau,\ncommission or other agency of the state or any political subdivision\nthereof or any public authority such assistance, information and data as\nwill enable the department properly to carry out its powers and duties\nhereunder.\n
