§ 53-0105. Reports.\n The department shall from time to time report to the governor, and\nshall make an annual report to the governor and the legislature, not\nlater than May first, concerning the effectiveness of this article in\ncarrying out the legislative purpose pursuant to this article, in the\npreceding calendar year.\n
