N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 54-1501

§ 54-1501. Definition.\n For purposes of this title, "climate smart community projects" shall\nmean adaptation and mitigation projects, including flood mitigation and\ncoastal and riparian resiliency, greenhouse gas reductions outside the\npower sector and climate change adaptation planning, and clean vehicle\nprojects.\n
